Spray Drying
Our FDA-registered facility includes three dryers: two with a capacity of
500 to 1800 lbs./hour and the third, smaller dryer capable of producing 50
to 500 lbs./hour. The smaller is ideal for pilot plant or experimental
work. Each Dryer produces a finished product with exceptional flavor,
texture, and particle identity.

Agglomeration
Brady also has considerable experience in the agglomeration of powders. We
can produce a wide range of product characteristics. Agglomeration is most commonly
used to improve the dispersibility of a powder, to increase bulk, or to
granulate the powder to increase density and reduce dustiness.
